What we collect. When you subscribe or contact us we collect your name (if provided), email address, and billing information. Payment card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Our newsletter platform (Beehiiv) records email opens and link clicks so we can improve our content.

How we use it. To deliver the newsletters and services you purchased, process payments, respond to your messages, and send service notices (renewals, price changes, policy updates). We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with. Only the service providers needed to run the business: Stripe (payments), Beehiiv (email delivery), and Google (site hosting and business email). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies. This site is hosted on Google Sites and may set standard Google cookies. Our newsletter emails use tracking pixels to measure opens.

Your choices. Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom. Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information, and we will honor any request within 45 days.

Data retention. We keep subscriber data for as long as you are subscribed and for up to 3 years afterward for tax and accounting records, then delete it.

Children. Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
