TERMS & REFUNDS

Terms of Service

1. Who we are. These terms are between you and EdgeDome Holdings LLC ("EdgeDome," "we," "us"), a California limited liability company. By purchasing a subscription or service from us you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions and automatic renewal. Newsletter subscriptions (EdgeDome CardScout, EdgeDome Gridiron) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time using the "Manage subscription" link in any email we send you, or by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

3. Refunds. If you are not satisfied with your first month, email us within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full. Renewal charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent further billing. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Consulting engagements follow the refund terms in their written agreement.

4. Price changes. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the new price.

5. Informational content only. Our newsletters and alerts are information and analysis. They are not financial, investment, or gambling advice. Card values fluctuate, and past sales do not guarantee future resale prices. Fantasy-sports projections are statistical opinions and do not guarantee any outcome. You are solely responsible for your own purchasing and contest decisions and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

6. Personal use license. Content is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, or republish our content without written permission. All content, code, templates, and media remain the intellectual property of EdgeDome Holdings LLC.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeDome's total liability to you for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms. You may end your subscription at any time as described above.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

10. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms; the current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Material changes will be announced by email.
